I am passionate about developing business by developing people. That's become my craft over the last 20+ years.
I specialise in leadership and relationship skill development using training, coaching, facilitation and speaking mediums. The majority of my work is with individuals and workplace teams.
My style has been summarised as focused, engaging, encouraging and adaptable. I don't do theory. I do practical.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University and worked with the international management consultancy, Deloitte, for 12 years, both in New Zealand and offshore. I also gained general management experience whilst in the UK and have worked with numerous cultures across the Pacific, South East and Central Asia, and the Middle East.
